If you want to learn about the start and foundation of Forex, use Google! It is free and more up to date than this piece of junk. Luckily I got it from the library and did not pay for it.

I have been a Forex trader for a long time now and 80% of this book is not relevant any more.

Real traders are looking for trading ideas not historical commentary. You can get this info from the web. If I wanted history I would go to the library--where's the beef!

While some reviews have reduced the value of this book for traders, I would say it depends on the reader. As a novice trader, I found this book to be full of very valuable insights on the psychology of trading, the methods of trading, and the vastly different approaches to success with trading. I agree with other reviewers who state the author needed to do a better job setting the stage for the book, the interviews, and the selection criteria.

No, this book is not only for forex traders, it has value for traders of all markets. The goal of the author seems to be to provide a wide array of trader backgrounds and styles. Some interviews are definitely better than others, no doubt.

In all, I would highly recommend this book to any trader but the most experienced and already successful crowd.

Dear Prospective buyer,

I here want to do a brief review of two (2) FOREX books that i bought from Amazon. com.

First and foremost i received the books i bought from Amazon. com in very good condition and the delivery date was also very fast, even though i didn't use the 3 big Golliaths in the int'l shipping industry. I guess you know the companies am talking about: DHL, UPS and FEDEX.

The books i bought are as follows: Way of the Turtle: The Secret Methods that Turned Ordinary People into Legendary Traders

And: Millionaire Traders: How Everyday People Are Beating Wall Street at Its Own Game.

I'm still the reading the two books, and they're both great books that will help any would-be and/or established FX trader to keep-on keeping-on in their quest to trade FX. The books are written by experts in the FX trading business. It's very educative, motivating and enlightening.

If you intend buying the books---just do so---you wont regret you did. Buy it. Read it. Follow the steps.

As for me,shortly, i will be placing orders for more biz and FX books, and also electronics products.

Do have a splendid shopping experience on Amazon. com

In a general way, an interesting book but the profiles is heavy on l' arena of forex (which is envisaged considering l' author& #039; the primary education hearth of S is forex). While the majority of the tradesmen dozen profiled l' exercise an approach disciplined with the trade, ones accidentally seem to have carried out success parce qu' they n' indicate any approach disciplined to the market.

In particular l' valuable article are the & quot; Lessons& quot; at the end of each profile of tradesman.

A book very in general interesting.

Although this book could not take the place of Jack Schwager's Market Wizards, it does hold its own in its unique way. Whenever the authors speak on TV & seminars, Kathy & Boris, I always stop whatever I'm doing and pay full attention, but this project is about the regular guys(girls) next door who trade for a living. I personally would like to see a book focused just only on FX Traders but then that would be selfish of me. In referenceing another reviewers comments about the validity of the traders successes featured in the book, his/her comment is well taken. However if you've been trading for a few years you can tell just who's blowing hot air. My point is this, I will purchase any book that features real traders who actually "trade for a living" instead of someone just selling ideas. In my opinion this book is a gem. I recommend this book to the experience, and the newbies. Thank you Boris & Kathy, please do a follow-up book!!!

I loved this book. It proves the point that there are many many ways to trade. Each one of these traders found their niche and hammers it every day. Very colorful personalities and overall a very enjoyable read for anyone who is passionate about trading. I could not put it down.
